Aki And Pawpaw’s Wild Bachelor Days: Chinedu Ikedieze’s Wife Drops Hilarious Revelation
The wife of Nollywood actor Chinedu Ikedieze, popularly known as Aki, has revealed some humorous details about her husband’s lifestyle, particularly his habit of holding on to old household items rather than replacing them.
In a video shared online, she described her husband as exceptionally good at preserving things, noting that some of the household possessions in their home have reportedly been in use for more than 13 years.
According to Bush Radio Academy, she explained that Chinedu’s habit of keeping old items dates back to his bachelor years, when he lived with his longtime acting partner, Osita Iheme, popularly known as PawPaw.
She recalled that before the two actors eventually moved out of their shared apartment, they divided their household belongings between themselves. The items reportedly included cooking utensils, furniture and other basic household possessions.
According to her account, the division of the items was done in a rather humorous manner, with one person taking a cooking pot, another taking a chair, while other belongings such as a bed, kettle, spoon and table were also shared between them.
She jokingly described her husband as a “legend” when it comes to keeping things, saying he is not easily persuaded to purchase new household items when the old ones can still be used.
The revelation has given fans a glimpse into Chinedu’s personality away from the movie industry and highlighted his reportedly conservative approach to household possessions.
Chinedu Ikedieze and Osita Iheme became one of Nollywood’s most recognisable acting duos through their appearances in numerous comedy and family movies. Their on-screen partnership earned them the enduring nicknames Aki and PawPaw, while their friendship has remained a subject of interest among fans over the years.
