Attacks On Edo State Government Over 4800 SA And Creation Of The ministry Of Inter Ethnic relation Is unnecessary And Uncalled For By Concerned Edo Citizens Forum.

As critical stakeholders in Edo State, we, the Concerned Edo Citizens Forum, hereby condemn in strong terms the unnecessary attacks on the appointment of Special Assistants in 192 wards.
We welcome the development because it will drastically reduce unemployment, promote love, and also serve as empowerment for the teeming citizens of Edo State. We commend the disposition of the governor to carry all along as inclusive administration.

Therefore, we call on Edo people to disregard any further attempt to discreet the entire process of inclusiveness, empowerment, and job opportunities because the advantages associated with these appointments overwhelmed the disadvantages greatly. A survey conducted by us clearly shows that the people are happy with the development. The government is now closer to the people as envisaged.

Inter ethnic relation ministry is vital, essential, and very necessary at this material time, considering division that has characterized the society. The creation of this ministry will go a long way to address issues of disagreement. Hence, the ministry will promote mutual harmony, ethical principles, understanding, coexistence, love, unity, and oneness, and above it will serve as a platform of engagement. We are indeed proud of this development to make government and governance people oriented and results oriented.
