Breaking News: Legal Expert Challenges Ondo Commissioner’s Allegation Of Akeredolu’s Signature Forgery....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

A legal expert, Femi Emodamori, has contested the assertion by Ondo State’s Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Razaq Obe, regarding the alleged forgery of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s signature. Emodamori raised doubts about the credibility of Obe’s claim, pointing out numerous inconsistencies in the purported forensic report on the governor’s signature.

Emodamori suggested that Obe might be serving the agenda of a faction involved in the state’s political turmoil, emphasizing the commissioner’s recent alignment with the deputy governor rather than Governor Akeredolu. According to Emodamori, only Akeredolu can confirm whether his signature has genuinely been forged or not.

The lawyer pointed out a significant discrepancy in the forensic report, noting that it identified “Act for Positive Transformation Initiative” as the client who requested the examination, contradicting Obe’s claim. Emodamori highlighted the importance of identifying the true source of the documents examined in determining the validity of the forgery allegations.

In conclusion, Emodamori emphasized the need for a thorough investigation into the alleged forgery, focusing on both Obe and the purported forensic expert. He underscored that Governor Akeredolu, as the owner of the alleged forged signature, should be involved in confirming the authenticity of the documents in question.
