Abeokuta, are in advanced stages of development and will be completed before the end of the year.
Abiodun affirmed that his administration is committed to providing affordable housing for all segments of society.
The governor made these remarks while speaking to reporters following his inspection of the ongoing construction at the estate, which is situated along Kobape Road, Abeokuta.
Prince Abiodun mentioned that some of the properties under construction have been fully paid for, while partial payments have been made for others.
He emphasized the importance of contractors expediting their work to meet the scheduled completion date.
“Presently, we have nearly 200 structures in progress. Since my last visit here, many of them have been sold, with some buyers making partial payments and others having paid in full.
The reason for my visit today is to assess our progress and explore ways to align the delivery date with the project’s advancement.”
