Drake had shared evidence of his bet on the fight via Instagram, but faced defeat when Joshua emerged victorious over Ngannou in just two rounds.
Taking a jab at the OVO boss, Davido commented in Pidgin, “Ur ticket don cut.”
Before the match, Davido had pledged his support for Anthony Joshua due to his Nigerian roots, expressing on his social media, “As a Nigerian of course I want AJ to win … but there’s this unique spirit Francis possesses and his compelling story…you can’t help but admire him!!
