El-Rufai Alleges: “Uba Sani Has Been Commissioned To Destroy Me Politically!
Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has accused his successor, Uba Sani, of being enlisted by President Bola Tinubu to undermine him politically ahead of the 2027 elections.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
El-Rufai made the claim while responding to Governor Sani’s recent remarks about the debt accumulated under his administration.
Speaking in an interview with Freedom Radio Kaduna, later shared on YouTube, El-Rufai alleged that Sani accepted a political assignment from the Tinubu-led federal government, fearing that he might become an opposition force in the future.
“The reason Uba Sani is making these statements is because he was given a contract. He was instructed: ‘Go and tarnish, destroy, and politically weaken Nasir El-Rufai because we believe he will challenge Tinubu in the future,’” El-Rufai stated.
He further alleged that the federal government is rewarding Governor Uba Sani with financial incentives to carry out the plan.
“They assured him, ‘We will keep funding your projects, and you can do as you please, but your task is to politically cripple El-Rufai because he poses a threat.’ That is the deal Uba Sani accepted,” he added.
