Mrs. Kesha, in her statement, urged motorists to comply with traffic regulations and explore alternative routes to alleviate potential inconveniences during the repair period. She provided alternative routes and connections to assist commuters during the bridge closure. The suggested routes include Ojota-Ikorodu Road-Funsho Williams Avenue-Eko Bridge-Apogbon-CMS and Ojota-Ikorodu Road-Jibowu-Yaba-Oyingbo-Iddo-Carter Bridge-CMS. Gbagada-Anthony-Ikorodu Road-Funsho Williams-Eko Bridge-Apogbon-CMS was also listed as an alternative option.
