Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, 61, expresses profound gratitude to his dedicated supporters for their genuine love and unwavering commitment throughout his tour of the 18 Local Government Areas in Edo State. The journey commenced in his home Local Government, Orhionmwon, and culminated in the vibrant community of Egor.

Over the past weeks, Ize-Iyamu’s gubernatorial aspirations have resonated like thunder, echoing across the generations as he unveiled his plans for the transformation and sustainability of Edo State. The comprehensive tour covered the diverse landscapes of Akoko-Edo, Esan Central, Esan North-East, Esan South-East, Esan West, Etsako Central, Etsako East, Igueben, Etsako West, Ikpoba-Okha, Oredo, Uhunmwonde, Ovia North-East, Ovia South-West, Owan East, Owan West, and concluded in Egor.

Addressing the thousands of supporters who thronged each local government, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu assured them that the next time he returns, it will be as the gubernatorial candidate under the banner of his party, the All-Progressive Congress (APC).

Expressing his gratitude through his social media handle, Ize-Iyamu remarked, “I am delighted and filled with gratitude to the Almighty God for the successful completion of my tour of the 18 local government areas of Edo state. The tour aimed to convey my intention to contest the 2024 gubernatorial election, and I am immensely thankful for the warm reception, love, and candid conversations with APC leaders, stakeholders, and members of the 192 wards.”

Continuing his heartfelt message, he extended appreciation to his friends, associates, leaders, and supporters who accompanied him on the journey, acknowledging their selfless sacrifice and unwavering commitment. He emphasized the collective resolve and shared vision for a better Edo State among party members at various levels.

“To the leaders, stakeholders, and members of our great party at the unit, ward, local government, senatorial, and state levels, your dedication reaffirms our shared vision for a better Edo state. With God on our side and the overwhelming support of our people, I am confident that we will emerge victorious in September, charting a positive course for the future of our beloved Edo State,” he declared.
