Lt.-Gen. Lagbaja made this disclosure during his operational visit to the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army in Enugu. While acknowledging the dedication and discipline of the troops, he urged them to remain loyal and steadfast in combating criminal activities across the country.

Lt.-Gen. Lagbaja assured that extensive renovations in barracks nationwide, as well as initiatives like the Group Personnel Accident Insurance, were underway to further enhance the welfare and safety of soldiers.
