The governor, expressing dismay over the reported harassment, issued a statement banning unauthorized individuals from accessing the government house. The statement also emphasized the governor’s commitment to ensuring the swift prosecution of the culprits.

According to the released statement, the lawmakers from Kogi State Senate and House of Representatives visited Governor Bello to extend congratulations for the peaceful and credible conduct of the November 11 governorship election. They also pledged their unwavering loyalty to the governor and the incoming administration.
