Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has granted approval for an End of the Year bonus to the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), specifically benefiting the city’s highway sweepers and waste handlers. Dr. Gbadegesin conveyed the enthusiastic reception of the bonus by the diligent individuals contributing to the city’s waste management system, hailing them as the unsung heroes and heroines of a cleaner Lagos. He highlighted Governor Sanwo-Olu’s recognition of the tireless efforts exerted by street sweepers and waste handlers to ensure a clean and healthy environment for the residents.
