Nwachukwu’s attorney, Mr. Aliyu, submitted a no-case motion, which legally suggests that his client has no obligation to respond to the charges brought against him.

However, in a recent ruling, Justice Njideka K. Nwosu-Iheme determined that the prosecution had successfully established its case against Nwachukwu. As a result, the court ordered that Peter Nwachukwu should prepare to enter his defense, with the proceedings set to commence on November 22, the next scheduled court date.
