In a lengthy post on his Instagram page, Yul Edochie detailed how he got in touch with Lizzy Gold and made a commitment to turn her into a movie star.

He claims that he approached her during the corona break and let her know that she had more to give.

He could tell that she still had a lot of acting potential that was just waiting to be discovered.

Lizzy Gold was initially apprehensive when she was asked to assist in directing her, but she eventually accepted, and they were able to complete “Princess Olivia.”

He boasted about his influence on her life, taking credit for her newfound celebrity.

“Let me tell you guys a story about @lizzygolfofficial. During the corona break I watched a couple of her films. Then I called her and told her I had seen some of her films and she dey try, but she had so much talent in her as an actress which was yet to be brought out. I told her she needed a crazy director like me who will bring it out.

No be the same film wey I dey do since, what will be different in yours, she chuckled mockingly and told me.

I chuckled as I informed her that I was a totally different director. You are clueless. Your career will change if I direct you in one gm. You’ll sneeze. With just one movie, you’ll become a Star Superstar. I’m not sure why, but I suppose God is trying to ruin your career through me.

Additionally, I advised her to stop speaking to me for the rest of her life if I were to direct one film for her and it didn’t go well.

She ultimately agreed to give it a try even though she still didn’t believe me. I instructed her to send me any scripts in which she will serve as the main character and hand the remainder over to me.

She sent me the “Princess Olivia” script. In order to meet my goals, I started to rewrite the script. As soon as we arrived on set, I told her, “Just listen to everything I tell you to do as your director, learn them, and do them, because as a director, I hold nothing back. I will teach you all my acting tricks I have picked up throughout my entire career, and if you learn well, it will stick with you forever.”

We created magic as she listened.

She became an overnight sensation after the release of the film “Princess Olivia,” and the things I told her stuck in her mind.

I giggle as I watch her most recent movies because I see her doing the things I taught her and giving fantastic performances. I’m happy with it. I’m glad I had a positive effect on her career.

So I made the decision to make a big deal out of this story today.

God granted me the ability to make anyone into a star as a director.
