It’s reported that the man flew from the US to Gambia to meet Jasmine just two months after connecting on TikTok, and proposed a mere four days after their initial face-to-face encounter.

Their wedding took place in February, but nine months later, Jasmine made a public declaration announcing the end of their union.

In her statement, she expressed gratitude for the nine months spent together but lamented discovering a significant deceit. She disclosed, “Finding out today from your mum really broke me! A foundation built upon a tiny lie won’t stand! I love how you loved me! But hate how you never mentioned your divorce or kids to me! Moving on, I don’t think I want anybody else!
