An aide to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has criticized Nigerians living abroad for sending what he described as meager amounts of money to friends in Nigeria.

In a Facebook post, Ossai expressed his disappointment over the trend of Nigerians in the diaspora sending just ₦20,000 (approximately $12) to support friends who are either about to get married or making funeral preparations back home.
