In a statement released on Wednesday by his Media Adviser, Emmanuel John, Senator Moro expressed his deep concern over the prolonged unrest within the institution. The statement highlighted that the university has been embroiled in conflict over the appointment of a new Vice Chancellor.

Senator Moro, who expressed his dissatisfaction with the situation, urged the relevant authorities to intervene swiftly and resolve the issue before it escalates further. He emphasized the need to avoid any actions or statements that could harm the university’s development and stability.

As the first and only university in Benue South, Moro stressed that the institution’s progress should be a collective responsibility.
