Adaju was apprehended following an intelligence tip-off that led security agents to an uncompleted building in the area.
A viral video circulating on social media shows community members interrogating the suspect, who admitted to the crime during the confrontation.
Community Leader Confirms Incident
Abwami Nuhuson Daniel, Secretary of the Orozo Community, confirmed the incident in a Facebook post. He recounted his shock upon witnessing the events.
Daniel said, “I was in complete disbelief as we apprehended a ‘Yahoo’ ritualist with a human head (his girlfriend) inside a nylon bag in Agwan Sarki, Orozo, FCT.”
He further revealed that the suspect confessed that the rest of the victim’s body was in his house. Daniel added, “I thought I only saw things like this in movies until I experienced it firsthand in my community. May God have mercy on this generation.
