President Tinubu, arriving at his office in the Presidential Villa, Abuja, directly from the airport at 2 pm, conducted a brief budget signing ceremony surrounded by senior government officials.

Key figures present at the ceremony included the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Tajudeen Abbas.

Notable government officials in attendance comprised the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr Wale Edun; Minister of Budget and Economic Planning, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar; and the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.

Additionally, key figures such as the Chief of Staff to the President, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila; National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Ganduje; and Chairman of the Senate Appropriation Committee, Senator Olamilekan Adeola, were present to witness the historic budget signing event.
