The bodies of the military personnel who tragically lost their lives in the Okuama community of Delta State have been brought to the National Military Cemetery in Abuja for their final resting place.
According to reports from Naija News, the solemn procession arrived at the cemetery at approximately 2:26 pm on Wednesday.
The transportation of the remains was carried out with utmost respect, using Military Ambulance Emergency vehicles, and was accompanied by the FCT Ambulance Emergency services.
Dignitaries from various military formations across the nation have gathered to pay their respects to these brave individuals who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Heartbroken family members and loved ones of the deceased, as well as spouses of other military personnel, have also assembled to honor their memory.
The burial ceremony is expected to be attended by President Bola Tinubu, among others.
