Details of how All Progressive Spokesman, Femi Fani-Kayode illegally collected twenty-two million naira every month as revealed by Nigerian tweep.

An anonymous investigative Twitter journalist has revealed how the spokesman of the All Progressive Congress, Femi Fani-Kayode looted funds while a Minister under Obasanjo’s administration.

the Nigerian tweep also gave a robust explanation of why FFK had a short stay as Minister of Tourism.

“Femi Fani Kayode @realFFK had the shortest stay as minister of culture & tourism. From June 22nd 2006, to Nov 7th 2006. But in just 6 months, he proved himself to be the most dubious minister in Nigeria’s history. Before he was redeployed to the aviation ministry.”

“Immediately he was appointed minister of culture & tourism, Femi Fani Kayode, in his dubious nature, summoned all eleven heads of different commissions & parastatals under his ministry, & mandated them to be remitting two million naira (2,000,000) each, every month from their budget to him, & two hundred and fifty thousand naira, to the ministry’s permanent secretary, through their directors, if they wish to retain their positions. In FFK’s life, he will never believe that this information, will one day get to the public. He will be too surprised.”

“Those DG’s had no option, than to comply. The criminal minister went on to demand for other things compulsorily from them. Every head must buy him gift, outside paying their monthly two million naira remittance. One of the directors asked him what he wanted from the budget of his commission, he (FFK) told him he wanted a Prado Jeep and he bought the jeep for him. He was illegally collecting twenty two million (22,000,000) every month from those commissions & parastatals, while his permanent secretary in the ministry was getting 2,750,000 monthly.”

“For records and verification purpose, those affected commissions & parastatals are National Commission for Museum and Monuments National Council for Arts And Culture, National Gallery of Art, National Institute for Cultural Orientation. National Orientation Agency, Nigerian Institute for Hospitality and Tourism. National Theatre. National Troupe of Nigeria, Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation, Center for Black African Arts and Culture, National Film & Video Censors Board. Nigerian Film Corporation.”

“I know Femi Fani Kayode @realFFK is a confirmed criminal, with series of criminal cases in different courts, but i implore@officialEFCC to check his various bank statements, back to 2006. They will discover that between June to November 2006, they will see a steady inflow of two million naira from different sources, at the end of every month. Eleven constant payments into those accounts. A simple use of BVN, will link all his accounts, if they wish to investigate my claims. They should also ask him about the prado jeep he had in 2006 How he got it. If they can do that, they will know the real man called Kemi Fani Kayode. One of the most dubious persons alive in Nigeria. A criminal to the call, who openly eats his vomit. Since 2015 when this government came into power, he has been using fake medical reports”.

“To slow down court processes, in order to evade justice in various corruption charges against him. Paying doctors and medical centers to issue fake reports about his health, so his corruption cases can be adjourned for long. He is a serial liar, who has got no integrity.”

“After Obasanjo redeployed him to a more juicy ministry, as the minister of aviation, he almost brought our aviation activities to a halt. He went about scamming different state govs. He abandoned all the necessary upgrades needed in our various airports.”

Although FFK has always shaped himself as a strong believer of the gospel even amidst viral videos of him beating his estranged wife, Precious.

He has not tweeted since after the allegations listed against him by the Twitter user, he went far as blocking him.

In justifying this.. recount that Former Governor of River State and Ex-Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Ameachi claimed that Kayode stole two billion during Peter Odili govt while he was Minister of Aviation.
