Wike’s Actions Are Unforgivable! He Should Be Kicked Out OF PDP – Bode George

Bode George Calls for Wike’s Expulsion from PDP Over Land Revocation....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Former Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Bode George, has demanded the expulsion of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, from the party.
George accused Wike of crossing the line by revoking the land allocated to the PDP National Secretariat in Abuja, insisting that he no longer has any justification for remaining in the party.
Speaking in an interview with Arise News on Friday, George described Wike’s action as a direct attack on the PDP, equating it to a declaration of war.
“He has crossed the red line. Once you do that, what business do you still have in the party? Why is he still there?” George questioned.
Drawing an analogy, he likened Wike’s move to a son seizing his father’s house, emphasizing that such an individual should not be considered a loyal member of the party.
“If you’ve gone as far as taking over your father’s house, do you still consider yourself his son? The same logic applies here—why should Wike still be regarded as a PDP member?” he argued.
George urged the PDP leadership to take decisive action against Wike, warning that failure to do so would reflect poorly on the party’s integrity.
“The party must respond. These actions are unfolding, and we must convene a meeting with the Board of Trustees and party leaders. We are custodians of this party, and if we ignore this blatant attack, we will be failing in our responsibilities as elders and leaders,” he stressed.
PDP Disciplinary Committee is Biased – George
During the interview, George also criticized the PDP National Disciplinary Committee, chaired by Chief Tom Ikimi, alleging that it favors former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
He revealed that this perceived bias was one of the reasons he declined to serve on the committee.
“The committee is structured to support Atiku Abubakar. Chief Tom Ikimi, who leads it, is on Atiku’s side. The secretary, Eyitayo Jegede (SAN), is also aligned with Atiku. And they expected me to be a member? I refused,” he stated.
Explaining further, George said, “First, Tom Ikimi met me in this party—I cannot serve under him. Secondly, the committee’s structure is flawed from the start, so where does one even begin?”
Supreme Court Ruling on PDP National Secretary
Addressing the Supreme Court’s ruling reinstating Samuel Anyanwu as PDP National Secretary, George said the party has no option but to accept the decision and move forward.
“I understand there was a Supreme Court judgment this morning reinstating Anyanwu. We have no choice but to abide by it. There’s no higher authority to appeal to—we must move on,” he noted.
He added that the upcoming PDP National Convention, expected between October and November, would be pivotal in determining the party’s future amid its internal crises.
