Dele Momodu, a senior figure in the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has denied claims that he urged supporters to abandon former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who recently joined the party.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

The clarification came after an X user, @judeski007, posted that while he supported the ADC coalition, he had reservations about backing an elderly presidential candidate.

“Bob Dee, I hope you see this… I have been rooting for the ADC coalition, but we cannot project an 80-year-old man as a candidate unless it serves personal interests. I would support Bola Tinubu if Atiku emerges,” the user wrote.

In response, Momodu took to his verified X account on Sunday to set the record straight.

“There is nowhere I told anyone not to support Obi. He is not my enemy,” he stated.

He further added, “It is my right to share facts and historical evidence as I see them. My choices are mine alone. There’s no need for insults—every participant matters in this game of numbers.”
