The Senior Pastor of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has said he will not take a public stance on the country’s ongoing insecurity situation.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

He made the remark while responding to criticisms directed at the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, over his perceived silence under President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

In a video shared on his social media page during a church service in Auchi, Edo State, Suleman clarified that Pastor Adeboye did not personally lead protests during the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan.

According to him, what occurred at the time was a directive from the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), which organized prayer walks in response to insecurity and hardship during Jonathan’s tenure.

Suleman questioned the expectations placed on the elderly cleric, saying it was unreasonable to expect an 84-year-old man to lead street protests.

He said, “There are some people attacking Daddy G.O. Pastor Adeboye, claiming that he protested under former President Jonathan but is not protesting under Tinubu.

“He did not protest then; it was the PFN that directed pastors and preachers to embark on a prayer walk. Do you expect a man of 84 years to come out and protest? I am a son of Adeboye, and if he is not speaking out, I am speaking out too.
