The staff members affected by the reshuffle were reportedly removed under the pretext of the administration’s intention to phase out the program.

Jones Michael provided a list of those affected, which includes Oloye Kebbi (Peace Building Department), Mr. Okhuba (Peace Building), Kennedy Febau (Peace Building Unit), Ebiere Ayamah (Vocational Training Unit), Jude Gbaboyor (Data/ICT), Highcoast Ombe (Post Training Unit), Samuel Sunday (Post Training Unit), Pere Ikuetemi (Legal Department), Gabriel Ajama (Data Unit), and Agiri Emmanuel, who was the Head of Data and was relocated to Agabagba in Ondo State.

Michael alleged that the interim administrator of the Amnesty Office, Maj Gen Barry Ndiomu (retd), might have orchestrated the reassignments due to alleged leaks of information regarding the office’s leadership activities.
