ARTMA Official Fatally Shot On Duty In Anambra State By Gunmen
In Awka, Anambra State, a tragic incident occurred where an official from the Anambra Road Traffic Management Agency (ARTMA) was fatally shot. The incident unfolded near a motor park while the ARTMA official was performing his duty.
While stopping a Toyota Sienna with tinted windows, the official was met with gunfire from the occupants of the vehicle, who then fled the scene on Thursday morning, April 17th. This distressing event follows closely after another individual fell victim to a similar fate at Aroma junction on Wednesday evening, April 16th, highlighting growing concerns over security in the area.
