When Patoranking, then 17, was accepted to the University of Cape Coast (UCC) in Ghana, he was overjoyed. Little did he know, however, that he would not continue his education.
Because his younger siblings were ready to enter secondary school, Patoranking said that when he told his father about the admission, he didn’t react with excitement. The singer of “Alubarika” claimed he was forced to suddenly transform into a man. He claimed he convinced himself that the one thing he was capable of doing would transform his family was music.

The Nigerian superstar Patoranking, who was formerly a struggling musician in Ghana, has since made the transition to being a well-known artist on the African continent and is now recognized as a brilliant performance around the globe.
