Nigerian rapper and activist Eedris Abdulkareem has revealed that his Facebook and Instagram accounts have been suspended.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

According to him, the takedown happened shortly after he released his latest track, Open Letter to Donald Trump.
He said on Sunday that he has been unable to access either platform since the song dropped, and checks confirmed that both pages are currently unavailable.

Abdulkareem, known for his outspoken criticism of political leaders, did not disclose whether Meta provided any warning or how long the suspension might last.

Open Letter to Donald Trump, released in November 2025 under Lakreem Entertainment, addresses corruption, insecurity, and failed leadership in Nigeria.
Although framed as a message to the U.S. president, the song is largely a critique of Nigerian authorities, accusing leaders of living comfortably while citizens struggle.

He also highlighted rising cases of kidnappings, killings, and widespread insecurity that leave Nigerians fearful and vulnerable.

By invoking Trump’s name, Abdulkareem appeared to be seeking international attention for Nigeria’s worsening social and economic conditions.

The track continues the rapper’s long history of using music to challenge those in power, echoing themes from his iconic protest song Jaga Jaga.

In April 2025, the National Broadcasting Commission banned his song Tell Your Papa from radio and television, claiming it violated broadcast standards.
Similarly, in 2004, Jaga Jaga was prohibited during President Olusegun Obasanjo’s administration.
