The mother of one disclosed that repeated negative remarks about her stomach left her emotionally drained, especially since her weight struggles were linked to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

According to Etinosa, the constant insults pushed her to consider surgery, but it wasn’t until she found a hospital she could trust that she went ahead with the procedure.

“I have been constantly bullied and mocked for my stomach. It really affected me, though I tried to stay positive. My weight issues are largely caused by PCOS, but many people don’t understand that. We all need to be kind, because everyone is battling something. I found Heritage Hospital online, and after consultation, their doctors addressed all my fears. For the first time, I felt I could trust a clinic,” she said.

The actress further explained that her career in Nollywood also influenced the decision, noting that appearance is a huge factor in the entertainment industry.

“Looking good is part of the job. My decision came from the need to look my age. Sometimes, excess fat makes you look older,” she added.
