It should be recalled that Adebola’s mother, Deborah Abiodun, had raised concerns that her son’s small intestines had gone missing while he was receiving medical treatment at LASUTH.
In her plea to Governor Sanwo-Olu, she urgently requested an investigation into the mysterious disappearance of her son’s small intestines, which she alleged occurred during a corrective surgery performed on July 14, 2023, at LASUTH.
Adebola had been referred to LASUTH from a private hospital, Obitoks Medical Centre, located in the Alimosho local government area of Lagos State, due to complications arising from a surgery aimed at correcting intestinal obstruction.
In response, LASUTH’s management stated that they had not intentionally removed any organ or structure from Adebola’s body during the corrective surgery.
