Makinde made these remarks during a three-day leadership retreat for political appointees, which included members of the state executive council, special advisers, executive assistants, and agency/parastatal chairpersons, among others. The retreat was held at the Conference Centre of the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in Ibadan.
