As opposition parties who have filed suit against the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu are yet to record a single victory at the Apex Court, Deji has poured salt on their injury.

Deji Adeyanju claimed that the Only partisan lawyers will continue to say you need 25% in FCT to be declared winner of a presidential poll in Nigeria.

This comes after Femi Falana SAN in an interview with Channels Tv Anchor, stated that 25% is not necessary to clinch the seat of the president.

Adeyanju took to his Twitter handle to educate aggrieved opposition party supporters, saying “Only partisan lawyers will continue to say you need 25% in FCT before you can be declared winner of the presidential election. I am so sure the court will laugh at such lawyers.”
