Presidential candidate of the AAC, Omoyele Sowore has kicked off reports of the Nigeria Police Force detaining Singer, Seun Kuti for 21 days.

Just in, the Nigerian police force has revealed that the police officer assaulted on the third mainland bridge on Saturday by Seun evening has fallen into a coma after four days of the incident, therefore Singer will be detained for the next 21 days as investigations begin. CONTINUE READING

Sowore reacted to the update, claiming it is institutional and historical grudge to be settled with the Kutis.

He added the Nigeria Government via its police are not seeking justice for the victim assaulted, they just want to exact revenge.

He wrote via his Twitter handle;

“Prosecutors of the @PoliceNG are asking for ex parte order to detain @realseunkutifor 21 days just to obtain his “statement” they also claimed the officer involved in the altercation is now in “coma” after he left Seun’s house and finished writing his report. There is institutional and historical grudge to be settled with the Kutis. They are not seeking justice just want to exact revenge.”
