Wendy Williams Has Returned To Rehab For Substance Abuse Issues....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Wendy Williams has returned to rehab to address her substance abuse issues following her split from production company Debmar-Mercury, Page Six is currently reporting.

“It’s gotten worse,” says our source. “She switched from wine to straight vodka.”

Williams’ current location is unknown, but she has previously sought treatment in Florida and Long Island City, New York.

Williams’ health and addiction issues are said to have gotten worse after her former daytime talk show’s production company allegedly “refused” to get her help.

“They turned their backs on her,” our source says now. “They had far too much power over someone who was so vulnerable.”

Williams’ ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, previously told Page Six that Debmar-Mercury would not engage in any behavior that would force her to leave her once-iconic purple chair.

“Debmar would not support Wendy’s family’s recovery efforts,” Hunter told us in July. “They refused to sign anything that would have aided her recovery efforts.”

Hunter, 50, also claimed that Williams’ family attended a sort of intervention with Debmar-Mercury during which he and the group discussed how to help Williams in her alcoholism battle.

“They sat in a meeting with her entire family, including her now-deceased mother, and refused to sign off on recovery efforts that would’ve helped Wendy also get well, live, and be sober,” he explained. “They basically said, ‘You’re going to lose the show if you don’t stop drinking.'”
