This information was conveyed in a statement released by Charles Edem, Corps Commander, Deputy Corps Public Education Officer at the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
Deputy Corps Marshal Bisi Kazeem, who currently heads the Corps Public Education Office, is an experienced road safety administrator with a history of holding various authoritative positions and participating in numerous training programs, both domestically and internationally.
He holds a Master of Science in Transport Studies from the Department of Geography and Regional Planning at Ogun State University (1996) and a Master of Arts in Peace and Security Studies from the University of Ilorin (2015).
Additionally, he is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered (2022), a Fellow of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (2022), a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police in the United States (2019), and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (2018).
Commenting on the appointment, the Corps Marshal, Dauda Ali Biu, expressed his satisfaction with the high degree of transparency and impartiality that characterized the entire selection process.
He encouraged the newly appointed officer to demonstrate increased commitment and a renewed dedication to achieving the Corps’ corporate mission, which is to eliminate road traffic accidents and establish a safer motoring environment in the country.
He emphasized that this exercise is in line with the Commission’s commitment to rewarding excellence, diligence, and hard work, which aligns with the administrative principles of the current Corps leadership.
He urged Deputy Corps Marshal Bisi Kazeem to put forth his best effort, as the new rank demands heightened focus, dedication, commitment, and passion.
