FG Unveils Full List Of Hospitals Offering Free Emergency Obstetric Care, VVF Surgeries

These complications, which can arise during pregnancy, labor, delivery, or the postpartum period, pose risks to both mothers and their babies.
The announcement was made by the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Professor Ali Pate, during an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Friday.
According to the minister, the selected facilities are well-equipped, staffed with qualified professionals, and meet high medical standards.
Additionally, he revealed that 18 centers across the country have been designated for free vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) treatment.
