Portable Calls Out Queen Dami, Reveals He’s Been Covering Her Bills Amid Public Snub

The conversations, dated January 1, 2026, include a money transfer of ₦200,000 from Portable to Dami, followed by her thanking him for the support. Portable stated that the messages serve as proof that he has continued to support her financially, covering her expenses even after their split.

He lamented that despite his efforts for the women in his life, they often fail to appreciate him. He wrote:

“I do a lot for them, but them no appreciate. Make una sha try dey appreciate who dey help una. King don’t lie. You wey don go, wetin you want make I tell you? Why you dey lie? I still dey pay your bills. Why you dey lie say I no dey exist again.”

Earlier in the week, Portable had accused Queen Dami during a live video of publicly denying their relationship. He claimed they had reconciled for a while and that he spent many nights with her, also supporting her financially.

Queen Dami responded by sharing a screenshot of a petition she filed against Portable, emphasizing that she is not in a relationship with him and referring to him as her ex. She denied dating him or visiting him for sexual reasons, calling such claims false.

She warned Portable to stop spreading misleading and sexualized stories about her, issuing another legal notice demanding that he retract his statements or face potential legal and financial consequences.

The pair first went public after the death of the Alaafin of Oyo, when Dami was seen with Portable. In 2023, the singer confirmed their relationship, noting that she had initially been a fan. Dami later celebrated their relationship publicly on Valentine’s Day, calling Portable her man and expressing her affection on social media.

However, their relationship soured, leading to a public fallout. Early last year, the two briefly reconciled after a heated online clash that drew widespread criticism, with Portable defending Dami and attacking those he accused of attempting to disrupt their union.
