The Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to remove the name of Leno Adesanya, the promoter of Sunrise Power and Transmission Company Limited, from its wanted persons list. The court ruled that Adesanya’s name should not be associated with criminal allegations tied to the $6 billion Mambilla hydropower project contract.
