Former National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Waziri Bulama, has taken a swipe at ex-Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, over his recent comments against Senator Tanko Al-Makura.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Malami had earlier dismissed claims by Al-Makura’s camp that members of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) bloc within the APC had ruled out defection and endorsed President Bola Tinubu for the 2027 elections. He further accused the group of betraying former President Muhammadu Buhari to seek political relevance.

Reacting during an interview on Arise News on Wednesday, Bulama said Malami lacked the authority to speak for anyone.

“Even though Buhari appointed him as Justice Minister, who is Malami, for God’s sake? He has no standing to speak on behalf of anybody,” Bulama declared.

He went on to commend President Tinubu for the respect he has shown to Buhari’s memory.

“The President has done enough to honour Buhari. He led a state burial, mourned deeply, and consistently acknowledged their friendship and political alliance. Together, Buhari and Tinubu helped build the APC, ending identity politics and making history by winning three consecutive presidential elections,” Bulama stated.
