The General Secretary of the NLC, Comrade Emmanuel Ugboaja, made these allegations in a lengthy statement sent from Abuja.

Ugboaja stated, “In a surprising development, Mr. Lalong, the Federal Minister of Labour, has disrupted the implementation of the Labor-Federal Government Agreement by openly displaying bias in handling a critical component of the agreement.
