The statement, issued by his media aide, Garba Shehu, quoted Buhari as saying, “I write on behalf of my family and myself to convey our deepest sympathies and condolences to you and the people of the Kingdom of Morocco following the devastating earthquake that struck your nation on September 8, 2023.
