Senator James Manager, a prominent politician in Delta State, has conveyed the unified support of Ijaw communities nationwide for Governor Douye Diri’s re-election bid…CONTINUE READING....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Leading a delegation of over 150 Ijaw political leaders from Delta State, Manager voiced their endorsement during a rally held in Ekeremor local government area of Bayelsa State. He emphasized that this united support from Ijaw communities is an unprecedented event in the region.
At the rally, various speakers, including the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor, and House of Assembly members, such as Tare Porri (Ekeremor Constituency 1).
Livin Meeting (Ekeremor 2), Deputy Speaker Michael Ogbere (Ekeremor 3), Chief Frank Omare, and others, called upon the residents of Ekeremor to reciprocate Governor Diri’s developmental efforts in the region by granting him a second term in office.
Additionally, more than 500 individuals defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the rallies and were welcomed by the state party’s chairman, Chief Solomon Agwana.
Governor Diri, during the event, pledged to initiate further development projects in the area. He made this commitment as part of his campaign team’s visits to 14 communities in the three Ekeremor state constituencies over three days.
